If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:·
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged – please choose carefully!·
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Note: excludes underwear and socks. these are not eligible to be returned for hygiene reasons. Please do not remove the swing tags or labeling from any item until you are 100% sure you want to keep it. After removing these it is no longer eligible to be returned.

Products returned by courier are your responsibility until they reach us, so please take the time to package these securely. Using a tracked delivery service is also recommended.
You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for a returned product. However, unless the product is faulty or not as ordered, the delivery charges and costs of returning the product will not be refunded.
Refunds will be in the same form as your original payment.
If you return a product by courier, we will email you when we receive it. We will process any refund due as soon as possible and within seven days of our receipt of the product.
If a product is faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy.
